People come here to look up a price
~100K visitors a month, and 21,266 monthly clicks that come straight off a Google search for a metal price.
Stackers, dealers, mining investors, and traders watching Shanghai and COMEX.
Visitors measured on site with Umami over the 90 days ending 27 July 2026, averaged to 30 days. Search clicks from Google Search Console over the 30 days ending 15 July 2026. Full breakdown below.
Audience
Two counts of the same audience. Traffic comes from Umami, our own on-site analytics. Search comes from Google Search Console, which only sees arrivals from Google. Those are a slice of the traffic totals, not an addition to them.
Monthly figures are the 30-day average across the 90 days ending 27 July 2026. Umami rounds its totals, which is why these carry a tilde.
These totals include our embeddable price widgets, which load from this domain inside other people's sites. Ads don't run on embed pages, so leave that share out when you're sizing a display buy.
They came in from Google
Search Console for the 30 days ending 15 July 2026. These count clicks and impressions on Google results, not people, and they cover part of the traffic above.
Top pages by search impressions
Where the search demand lands. Industrial metals and price history pull the most impressions, and every page here holds an average position inside the top ten.
| Page | Impressions | Avg. position |
|---|---|---|
Copper price /copper-price | 250,497 | 4.0 |
Metals dashboard /metals | 175,570 | 4.6 |
Gold price history /gold-price-history | 168,339 | 4.7 |
LME copper price /lme-copper-price | 161,669 | 4.4 |
Silver price /silver-price | 149,625 | 7.2 |
Shanghai gold and metals /shanghai | 87,813 | 2.1 |
Aluminum price /aluminum-price | 83,799 | 4.4 |
Impressions and average position only. Search Console scopes per-page clicks differently from impressions, so dividing one column by the other gives you the wrong number.

Inventory and pricing
Display is self-serve through Mediavine Direct. Sponsorships and data licensing we book by hand, so those start with the form at the bottom of this page.
Display advertising
Display inventory is sold through Mediavine Direct. You pick the dates, set a budget, upload creative and check out. Our Mediavine Direct page isn't public yet, so ask here and we'll send you the link.
- In-content
- Sidebar
- Sticky sidebar
- Adhesion
- Video
Priced per campaign at checkout, where Mediavine sets a $100 minimum, so you can start small. Live CPMs are shown before you pay.
Sponsorships
One advertiser per placement, arranged by us. Start with the form and tell us which pages your buyers already read.
- Sponsored article
- Your name on a page or a tool
- A fixed banner, sold direct
We don't publish sponsorship rates. Tell us the budget you're working with and we'll come back with a real number.
Data and API licensing
License the series behind the charts for your own product or research.
- Historical price series
- COMEX inventory
- Shanghai premium
- Regional benchmarks (India and China)
Quoted per dataset. What moves the price is how far back you need and how often it refreshes. Redistribution depends on the source feed, so ask before you plan on it.
Advertising policy
What we turn down
- Unregistered securities offerings.
- Guaranteed-return claims.
- Leveraged metals programs.
- Crypto presale promotions.
We turn down campaigns that break this policy, including after you've booked.
How paid placements are handled
- Sponsored content says sponsored at the top of the page, above the fold.
- Every outbound link in a paid placement carries
rel="sponsored". No exceptions. Our Google standing is what you're paying for, and one unlabeled paid link can put it at risk. - We don't sell editorial coverage or commentary on our own price data.
- Buying a placement doesn't get you a say in what we publish, or a look at it before it goes out.

Questions we get
What does it cost?
Display is priced at Mediavine Direct checkout, where Mediavine sets a $100 minimum. Sponsorships and data licensing have no published rate, so tell us what you're working with.
How fast do you reply?
Within two business days. Every inquiry lands in support@metalcharts.org and a person reads it. If the fit is obvious, that first reply comes back with availability and pricing.
Can I pick specific pages?
For sponsorships and direct placements, yes. Name the page and we'll quote it. Display is different. Mediavine Direct fulfills it, so you set targeting inside their checkout. Either way, start with the audience table above.
Do you do affiliate deals?
Yes. Affiliate deals sit outside the Mediavine display exclusivity, so we can run them. Send the program terms, the commission structure and the pages you think fit. Every affiliate link carries rel="sponsored" and gets disclosed on the page.
Which page ranks best?
Shanghai. It holds an average Google position of 2.1 over the 30 days ending 15 July 2026, the best of any page listed above. A sponsorship there puts your name around the data. It doesn't change the data, or how we calculate the premium. Tell us in the form which part of the page you had in mind.
Do you get busier at certain times of year?
Volume follows the news cycle, not the calendar. When a metal price move leads the financial press, the price pages move with it. Over the 30 days ending 15 July 2026 the biggest pages by impressions were Copper price, Metals dashboard and Gold price history. We haven't measured a full year yet, so we can't give you a seasonal curve.
Who am I signing with?
Uptime Holdings LLC. That's the name on the insertion order and the name on the invoice. MetalCharts is the site it runs.
Advertising and sponsorship agreements are signed by Uptime Holdings LLC. Questions that don't fit the form can go to support@metalcharts.org.
